Cancelling Your Photographer's Membership
To cancel your i-Proofs Photographer membership, you may contact us directly or do so via the Account Options page. Inactivity on your i-Proofs account does not constitute or imply cancellation of service and you are responsible for all charges incurred on the account until official cancellation occurs with us. We accept account cancellation requests via the following methods: Once you have submitted a request to cancel, formal deactivation of the account will occur immediately and all photographic image files as well as database records relating to your customers will be permanently purged from our servers.

Subscription fee - Your subscription fee is pre-paid on a monthly basis. If you choose to cancel your membership in the middle of your monthly subscription period, i-Proofs will not issue a prorated refund of your monthly subscription fee.

Cancelling Your User Account
i-Proofs User Accounts exist only to uniquely identify i-Proofs users. User Accounts are not necessary to access Albums and view Images, but must be created before placing an order. To cancel your i-Proofs User account, you may contact i-Proofs via e-mail: support@i-proofs.com with the request.

Cancellation and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a full, 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason within the first 30 days (the 30 day period immediately following the free one month trial period), the full fees initially paid will be refunded completely. The credit card you paid with will be credited the full amount.

Refunds
Outside of the 30-day Money-back Guarantee, i-Proofs does not offer refunds except under the most extreme circumstances. i-Proofs refunds are strictly limited to monthly Photographer membership fees. Refunds for photographic prints purchased from a Photographer through the i-Proofs web site are at the sole discretion of the Photographer and should adhere to that Photographer’s refund policy.

Updates & Effective Date
From time to time, we may update this Cancellation Policy. We will notify you about material changes in the way we treat cancellations and refunds by placing a notice on our site. We encourage you to periodically check back and review this.
